Settlement stays in Uzbek soum: your balance, our invoices to you and the bonus ledger are all UZS, so the exact amounts move with the rate. List prices your client pays are the ones published on ezgusavdo.uz. One exception: the starting bonus is a separate figure per market rather than a conversion — the bonus section states the soum amount credited.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a registered company?
No. Agencies, integrators, freelancers, and individuals can use the cabinet. You only need your own company or sole proprietorship if a corporate client requires closing documents from you.
Can I partner from outside Uzbekistan?
Talk to us first. The product itself travels: the AI answers in your customers’ language, and Telegram, Instagram Direct and the website widget work wherever those platforms do. What you charge your client, and in which currency, is between you and them — you invoice them directly — as long as you do not sell the subscription below the published list price. The one leg that is always in Uzbek soum is your payment to us: you top up the partner balance by card through Click or by bank transfer to our Uzbek account. Message us before you apply so we can confirm that route works from your bank.
When do I earn revenue?
As soon as the client pays. You collect the full price and buy the subscription for 20% less. EzguPro makes no separate payouts.
Does the client stay with me?
Yes. The client is assigned to you, and you pay for their subscription. We only contact them if their balance is zero and you neither top it up nor respond within 14 days.
Can the client pay EzguPro directly?
Only if the client requests direct billing. We notify you and give you 14 days to resolve it. The client can pay EzguPro directly only after the paid period ends and only at full list price.
Can I charge above list price?
Yes, when your services are included. You cannot sell the subscription below the official list price.
Do I need my own working capital?
Usually not: collect a client prepayment and use it to top up your balance.
What if the client leaves?
Payment for a started period is non-refundable. Start monthly, then offer annual billing after the client sees results.
Who is responsible for what?
You handle implementation, configuration, and first-line support. We handle the platform and product support. The client owns the account; you manage it.
